Band of Horses & Grizzly Bear @ W'burg Waterfront 6-20-10

Horrible setup as you would need to purchase tickets (line #1) for drinks (line #2). This made the venue more congested than it had to be. Total mayhem; nevertheless a great show by Grizzly Bear and Band of Horses

A bit of a hiccup on mile 3, but was able to stick it out on mile 4 & 5. I'm very happy with this result as I didn't feel as worse as I did in Japan Day. Paced with my teammates Rennock and Makoshi throughout miles 1-4; and visualized the track workouts on the last mile by breaking it down into 400 meters. Great day of racing to knock another PR and 70% AG.
