I was a little surprised with this result given the fact that I had minimal speed workouts and still coming back from marathon recovery.  Asides from a side stitch on the last mile, I felt great out there along with the cold and brisk wind.  Great CPTC domination as we took 1, 5, 8, 11, 12, 25 place.  I still hate this weather though
