Yes it was cold but not as bad as last week!  Short races are tough but nabbed my second fastest 4mile; thanks to pacing with teammate Kate!  Given the fact that I haven't done any speed-work in over 3 months, it was solid; however if I had pushed a little more on the first mile perhaps a sub 24 was possible?
