Warm and humid conditions and yet there were times where I asked myself, "can't I just drop out of this race?"  I struggled throughout this race but fortunately I was able to cling on to several of my teammates and ran a solid 5 miler.  Albeit a minute off from my previous PR two weeks ago, it was a hillier course.
