Holy smokes!!!!!!!!- this is officially my 200th post :)
I swear I wasn't expecting this result at all. I would've been happy running a 7:00 pace. The nagging pain on my right hamstring creeping up to my glute/hip area was annoying; but with 48 hours of rest I had to deal with it. The acute pain happened on thursday when I was overzealous in adding my 50th mile of the week to prepare for the Ultimate XC Jay Challenge in June 2008. I really need to be 100% for Quebec....phuck me!
Final Time: 1:02:54 (PR)
Pace: 6:45
Rank: 233/3280
Age Grade: 65.4%
Splits:
1- 6:10:41 (could be wrong --there's 2 markers)

4- 6:34:05
5- 6:37:20
6- 6:58:09
