It was my 5th Team Championships race w/ Central Park Track Club and fastest course record.  Although I was a few seconds off from my overall PR, it was a 4 second course PR.  I ran the whole race nestling behind my teammate Justin and ensuring I was at least a visible distance with my other teammates.  Given the fact that this a huge race for my team, there’s definitely nerves in the beginning (with unexplainable weak legs at the start), but glad that I was able to race a solid time as I have been racing almost every weekend.  Comparing to my last year’s time (30:00), the splits were a little faster for miles 1 & 3 and lost some steam on the last mile, but still was able to net a faster time.
