2014 Putnam 8 Mile - 50:03 / 6:15 & Post July 4th in BK & LI

2 years later, another 8 mile PR on a tough course and 5th of the year.  After two subpar races due to illness, I think I'm getting back into the groove.  Although I have to say it was a tough one as by mile 3-4 there were feelings of dropping out.  I was happy to keep it together, readjust my goals and patiently worked my to a PR.  Onward!  A bit off tangent, but after the race, it was probably the best 4th I've ever had-
