Ran 6-7 easy miles in the morning w/ my teammates on the day before the Crit and unfortunately I was a few seconds off from last year.  Running through the monsoon-like conditions at night wasn't fun, but overall a good effort to set up some speedwork and being ready for Boston.  I will have to race a 5K some other time.
