Happy Holidays! Laters 2013!

2013 was another great racing year.  With over 30 races, there was a 5K win and PRs in almost every distance (26.2, 13.1, 3, 4, 5, 10K, 25K, 10Mi, 18Mi except for the 5K & 15K).  Weening down the amount of marathons helped some consistency as well.   As the year comes to a close, my legs are tired and beat!  Hence, I think I will focus the first half of 2014 to rebuild and aim for a strong fall marathon.  Although with Boston in the works, the plans will be shifted one way or another.  I do have goal times in mind for 2014 but I know for sure that not every race will be a PR.  I will keep on racing but probably not as much as this year (let's see if I ever keep my word!).  One thing for sure in what keeps me going is my pops.  His strength inspires me in every way to strive harder and dig deep in every race!  Till then Happy Holidays!

Great job on all the PR's! I could never run as fast as you, unless someone was giving me a piggy back ride. I wish you all the best for the 2014 race season.
