This was my second race in a week and despite not taking any rest days along with two hard workouts, it was a solid effort.  My legs did feel a bit heavy, but that's how my legs are going to feel during the late stages of the marathon.  Although not a PR, I was happy given my condition for the past few days of hard workouts.
