Another hot and humid day for a race. However, made the best out of the situation and never gave up mentally. There were times I could've stopped in the middle of the race, but I had to keep telling myself that I was half-way done with the race and only 15 minutes to go. Counting down the minutes seemed to be eternity however picking and slowly passing other runners kept me going. Tough race indeed but would've like to know if I could've PR'ed if the conditions were more favorable...I was 10 seconds off my 2010 PR! Overall, a great race and with the amazing support from my teammates, makes this race more sweeter.
