Quick tune up before the BK Half. Worked with Sussman and Maloney throughout the rest of the race. Fortunately was able to block some tummy cramps that initiated on mile 3; otherwise a few seconds slower than Scotland but totally ok with it. Hopefully can stay consistent and possibly improve more on the 10K time throughout the season.
