Another sub 1:24 half in the books. I paced mostly with ARuben and Casey and I have to say the support/wall of orange from my team was sofaking amazing. Surprisingly my legs felt good after Philly; hence I'll probably run Staten Island next week to get some more tempo mileage before NYC.
