Annual CPTC Holiday Party @ Harbor Lights; all about getting crunked and having a blast...now back to training! Well more like recovering! Asides from staying up late and skipping the Fred Lebow 5Miler, I'm nursing a left foot tendonitis and bursitis on my 5th metatarsal. That ish is painful!
