Duncan Sheik @ Town Hall

Went to another Duncan Sheik concert last nite. Duncan sang most of the songs from his White Limousine album as well as some cuts from the Spring Awakening musical. Once again, Duncan put on another great show. The opening act, Holly Brook (sang a duet with Fort Minor of Linkin Park) was ok- definitely better than last week's opening act. After the concert, we headed to an afterparty at the cavernous downstairs lounge of D'Or in the Amalia on 55th. After several drinks and seeing some random girl-on-girl feral-like action on the corner of the lounge, it was already 1:30am....and on a Tuesday, it was time to call it a nite. Of course I'll be regretting it in 5 hours..... Once again......"SHYT HAPPENS!!!!!"

Aloha and Cheers,

Moz

It was a great performance all around (I agree with your comments about Holly and we probably could have done without the technical issues with Poe's guitar - as well as his reaction) As I said in the forums thanks for sharing these photos. Since last week we had been planning to go to D'or afterwards but ended up not going. Looks like it was fun!

Also a friend of mine runs with Reservoir Dogs...she's a blonde, Dutch woman. I've been thinking about joining in lately...running on my own has gotten challenging, I suppose.

Anyway, again, thanks for the photos!
